How visitors can get up and running...
Download
1. VPass In users may be invited by an Organisation to download the App as an Employee or Registered Visitor. Or they may choose to install it of their own accord.
Create Profile
2. Upon downloading the App, they will be prompted to enter Name, Email, Phone Number and create a Password.
Confirm Your Email
3. The Profile is now verified and will auto-fill when fields are encountered on sign in Forms at any organisation that uses VPass.

4. Tap the green Sign In button…
Scan QR Code
5. A scan window comes up. Scan the QR code poster at any organisation that uses VPass.
Form Filling
6. For Regular Visitors, the sign in process may be completed here without the need to fill a Form. Or, for Non-Regular Visitors the Profile will auto-fill some fields.
Build your Profile
7. Other fields, after being filled manually once may build into your Profile for pre-filling at subsequent sign ins.
Success
8. On submitting the sign in Form, a virtual visitor badge is displayed.
Sign Out
9. To sign out simply scan the QR code poster… or you can scan the on screen QR code at a VPass Kiosk.
