A VPass Profile pre-fills sign in forms on your device
If a visitor creates a VPass Profile on their phone… then the following form fields will pre-fill at sign in:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Mobile Number
- Company
- Email ID
- WWCC Card (VIC)
- VIT Card
- WWC Card (WA)
- Blue Card
- Driver's Licence
- Vehicle Registration Number
- Vaccination Certificate
These fields are part of the Visitor Profile Page and ID Check Form Elements available in your admin Forms page builder.

Print QR code posters to let visitors sign in anywhere
Create a dedicated Location, Form and Visitor Type.
Ideal for Special Events.
In your admin, setup the Locations where you would like visitors to sign in.
Print and install your Location QR Code Posters.
Visitors and staff may sign in with their phones. If having a Profile, the sign in will be streamlined.
Visitor records appear on your reports page in the normal way.
What is the difference between a Registered & Non-Registered Visitor Type?
A Registered Visitor Type allows you to pre-register visitors with PIN / QR code for rapid sign in.
Additionally they can scan in and out with their phone camera, having their VPass Profile pre-fill many common files on the sign in form.
