Admin user unable to login

If you are unable to login due to either:

  • Forgot password (existing user)
  • Can’t find welcome email (new user)
  • Link in welcome email has expired (new user) 

…please go to the login screen at* and click on the Forgot Password link (1).


2. Enter your admin email.

Entries of email addresses are case sensitive.

3. Select Send.


Check the inbox for that email address. There should be an email from with the subject “Password reset for your VPass account”. If you are unable to see the email in your inbox, it may have landed in your spam folder.

In that email click on the password reset link (4).


You will be taken to the Reset Password page where you can create a new password (5).

6. Select Reset Password.


You will then arrive at the Log In page.

7. Enter your original email address in a case sensitive manner.

8. Enter your new password

9. Select Log In. Hopefully you will now have access to your account.
