Does your kiosk need an update?

Does your kiosk look like this?…

 

…when in fact it should look like this…

 

If this is the case, try to…

1. Exit Guided Access if enabled

2. Clearing the browser cache. This is most likely to be the Safari browser for iPad or the Chrome browser for Android.

3. Turn the Wi-Fi off and back on again in the kiosk settings page.

4. On the kiosk home screen, delete the VPass-Kiosk desktop icon (press and hold the icon until it starts vibrating). 

5. Redo the kiosk setup using these steps for iPad and these for Android
