Refresh the Kiosk iPad App


 

1. Exit Guided Access, if enabled.

2. Hold white VPass logo in grey footer bar for 10 seconds.

 

A black screen overlay will come up. Tap the red “Logout From The App” button (3).

 

You are now logged out. Select your region (4).

*If in NZ, please use AU. If in EU or ZA use UK. Rest of world please use US.

 

 

5. Log back in using either the Admin, Super Admin or Account Owner credentials.

 

6. Select your Site & Location.

 

7. The iPad’s Home Screen will appear. The device is now reset.

 

8. Re-enable Guided Access using steps 4-6 in this help article.
