Pre-register Employees and Regular Visitors by their particular Visitor Type for greater clarity on your reports page.

Records may be created individually or via bulk upload.

Assign your Employees, Members or Regular Visitors a unique PIN code that also becomes a QR code. This is then used for quick Kiosk sign ins.

There is also the option to add a QR code to their digital wallet.

Employees or Regular Visitors may also setup a VPass Profile on their iPhone or Android device for quick sign ins at any of your QR code posters.

Sign ins by your Employees & Regular Visitors can be setup to be as simple as entering a PIN code or scanning a QR code.

Any QR Code posters used may be Geo-located to ensure the authenticity of sign ins.

A VPass Phone Profile may be used across multiple schools or businesses where VPass is used.
